To give you an idea what the view of the ice is like from section 105, here is a Youtube video shot from there during warmups before a Blackhawks game at the United Center.
You're going to have to pay top dollar to sit in 105 but the view alone makes it worth it. You can get as close to the glass as possible or in row 19 next to the corridor. I loved my experience here, could see everything. Navigation around the arena is simple and the arena staff is always helpful if you can't find your seat, there are three levels; pretty typical arena.
I would recommend wearing two or three layers of clothes to Blackhawks games which you probably will be wearing anyway if you live in Chicago. But the ice must be kept frozen so the entire arena will have a chill to it so bundle up.
